Customer profile: Directorate of the CSA/SOD Headquarter for the Canadian Satellite Operations at St-Hubert (Quebec) Canada
Services delivered: Expertise, consulting and training before ISO implementation in 2002;
Mandate: To supply an executive training program for the managing staff in order to facilitate the establishment of a Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) to be used to evaluate the desirability of implementing a certified ISO QMS within the Satellite Operations Directorate.
Finally the SOD top management has concluded that the project was too expensive to be continued (1,5 person to be hired permanently) and was not a source of sufficient gain in term of public esteem and political fallouts.
