Services delivered: Expertise and coaching for the upgrade of the existing QMS from AS 9100 rev B to C in 2011;
Mandate: Supply support to facilitate the implementation of the new requirements of SAE AS 9100 rév C and ISO 9001-2008 at the Dorval plant in order to prepare the future renewall of the Rolls-Royce, Pratt and Whitney and Napcap accreditations.
Customer profile: A manufacturing company specialized in CNC Precision and EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) for the aerospace industry including certified detail parts, kitting and sub assemblies for engine, landing gear, structural and mechanical aerospace and other hi-tech components
Services delivered: Expertise and training before the transition to AS 9100 rev B
Mandate: Supply an awareness and training program for 60 staff and operators introducing how to understand and implement the new requirements of AS 9100 rev B and ISO 9001:2000 on a daily basis before to initiate the QMS certification process with an independent third party (confirmed in 2009).

Mandate: Supply outsourced audit as per AS 9100 of the existing QMS of the Dorval plant and a detailed report including recommendations for the upgrading the existing system, in order to prepare the future second party assessments from their customers (Rolls-Royce, Pratt and Whitney and Napcap).
Customer profile: A worldwide consulting company specialized in Aviation manufacturing and maintenance services, Simulators installation, update and relocation and Project management of aircraft outfitting and refurbishing services.
Services delivered: Expertise, coaching A to Z , training and audit
Mandate: To supply a customized executive coaching of the actual Chief Executive Officer including most of his staff personnel in ISO Quality management before to initiate the QMS certification process with an independent third party as per ISO 9001 (confirmed in 2007) of his first pionneer enterprise d/b/a CAF Consulting .

Mandat: To supply an awareness and training program for the Trafic Control and Flight Information personnel before to initiate the development of the future new Internet Flight Planning System (IFS)
Customer profile: A designing and manufacturing company specialized in interior components for business and V.I.P. aircraft.
Services delivered: Expertise and coaching in metrology
Mandate: To supply a training program and to provide required support with the implementation of a state-of-the-art calibration program (phase 1) for all measuring instruments in order to prepare the future QMS certification as per AS 9100.
CANADIAN SPACE AGENCY (CSA), John H. Chapman Space Centre
Customer profile: Directorate of the CSA/SOD Headquarter for the Canadian Satellite Operations at St-Hubert (Quebec) Canada
Services delivered: Expertise, consulting and training before ISO implementation in 2002;
Mandate: To supply an executive training program for the managing staff in order to facilitate the establishment of a Cost-benefit analysis (CBA) to be used to evaluate the desirability of implementing a certified ISO QMS within the Satellite Operations Directorate.
Finally the SOD top management has concluded that the project was too expensive to be continued (1,5 person to be hired permanently) and was not a source of sufficient gain in term of public esteem and political fallouts.
