ISONORM CONSULTING GROUP INC is a consultancy and training firm, incorporated in Canada in 1993 by the founding president Gerard Blin to respond to the international market needs in terms of Q.S.E. management of the organizations as far as the Quality, the Safety, the Security, the Salubrity, the Health and the Environment are concerned.
The two senior associated consultants, Gerard Blin and George Laszlo are recognized by their unique practical experience in the Quality matters in North America. They are accumulating more than 70 years experience in bilingual management (EN-FR) of the operational processes of many public and private organizations in several distinct, economical and cultural contexts (USA, Canada, Quebec, France, Tunisia, Algeria, Venezuela, Argentina, India, China).
ISONORM CONSULTING GROUP INC is associated with MANAGEMENT M PLUS INC in Canada and PERFORMANCE QSE s.a. in France. This international networking configuration allows to supply top class services with a multi-disciplinary approach at the current local rates.
2. Mission
The mission of ISONORM CONSULTING GROUP INC is to respond worldwide, where safety allows, to the needs of the enterprises and institutions including laboratories in the four (4) following areas for which we have a proven practical experience:

3.1 CONSULTANCY
Feasibility study, Risk analysis (FMEA), Conformance assessment as 1st et 2nd party (legal and/or normative);
3.2 COACHING OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
3.2.1 Optimization of the performances:
Process approach or Risk Management or Lean or Six Sigma or ABC Accounting as appropriate;
3.2.2 System certification:
Any management system certifiable by a third party in particular: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and the future AS 9100:2016 and ISO 45001:2016 which will replace the actual BS OHSAS 18001:2007;
